NGO- PICDS(Pt.Iccha Ram BAll Vikash Evam Dalit Mahila Kalyan Samit. stablished in Hardoi since 1994.

We are working on this Project since 2005 with LIC and state govt.

The Project officer is a responsible person for program stablishing.The incumbent has overall responsibility for developing Program and conducting staff management and accounting duties related to the program and implementing agencies. The comprehensive program management systems maintained by the LIC & state Govt.

Job discription-
Recruiting and developing agents.

Meet targets (Weekly, Monthly Quarterly and Yearly)

Recruitment of agents / advisors.

Development of agent / advisors - prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits through various training program.

Supervise the activity plan of all agents / advisors to ensure that these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.

Conduct weekly performance review (PRP) with agents

Help agents / advisors use the successful system and processes for maximizing business from a given target market.

Identify, interview and select new agents.

Undertake joint field work with agents/ advisors and demonstrate successful sales skills.

Provide feedback to trainers on group and individual development of agents / advisors

Ensure that agents / advisors under supervision perform as per the companyó rules and regulations

A Agent / Advisor could be - For Example: House Wife, Chartered Accountant, Entrepreneur, Retired Person, Working people, Property dealer, Shopkeeper etc who would do it on a part-time bases to earn extra income apart from the their regular income from their respective jobs / Businesses) for selling life insurance policies/ product.


Qualification Post graduate or Graduate(any decipline) having 2 to 3 years experiance in Insurance sector or social network sector, having excelent communication skill in Hindi/English.
